I was very disappointed to have been confirmed for an appointment this morning and not be contacted via phone to cancel. The manager/owner instead waited for ma at the shop to just let me know all his mechanics called out sick due to the weather. All while he was standing there with one of them. This would have been my first time receiving services there. I am now looking for a new mechanic.
